SSI's charter is available for view but does not refer to intellectual
property rights. Each project that SSI has entered into has had its own
version of agreement. For example, Mass-Driver provided no rights for any
party because the technology was too old and not patentable. The same for
SPS, it is a concept and early design of equipment, not yet ready for
patents, space colony design, ditto (but the drawings were copyrighted)
Other projects involved SSI working on a specific area of a project and
rights are limited. I would need more details on your proposal to find a
project that mimicks what you are trying to do. Bettie Greber (I will send
you a copy of the charter on Fri. or Mon., today I will be at the hospital
all day, my father's right lung is filling with blood and we do not know yet
