Mr. Woollard,

This does raise some question in my mind. The trip to moon take money as
everybody have said on anything space-related. A rocket right now is only
LHOX and will have to carry its fuel to get to the moon first before creating
new fuel from luna materials and that cost money. A reason why I think NEA
is a better step to space is that by putting a good size NEA in HEEO, we can
not only gain a stable orbit, but also get a free ride to moon and therefore
save on round-trip fuel.
