I don't think radioactive particles spewing over the
ocean is a big deal (although millions would freak out
over the concept), but Bikini Island was an Isolated
test, a rocket is cover vast distances of surface area
every second at some altitudes, consider how South
Pacific nations are regarding the downfall of MIR

Also what if some radioactive particles are
spewed out over the ocean? The Nuclear bomb testing
over Bikini Island
probably prewed out more radioactive particels than
that, also consider how
this compares to other forms of industrial pollution.
