crater rims to do that much? A Lunar Solar Power Station might be an enabler
for the later development of SPS. There are two poles so there could be at
least 2 LSPSs. It should be much cheaper to start close to home on the Moon,
and then fetch asteroids later on. Once the Earth to Moon transportation
system develops, Asteroid mining would require little extra logistics.
