Quite so. The high precision parts will still be made on Earth.

On the Moon we need to look for opportunities to make big heavy crude
components.
A good candidate might be casings for the SD pressure vessel components,
tubing,
the reflectors and structural components.
These can be overdesigned and overengineered to compensate for lack of
precision.
The weight saving versus launching those components from Earth would be
considerable.
