Where do you get hold of NASA papers? The two sources that I know of
are to order them directly from NASA (expensive at ~$30 each), or at a
local University library where they are only available on microfiche,
and since there is rarely more than one working reader at a time, very
time consuming.
A related question, what about ESA papers? I recently started reading
Peter Eckart's 'Spaceflight Life Support and Biospherics', which quotes
a lot of ESA papers, and I have no idea how to get them.
