It is an open question -- but it's open, it's plausible. Wish I had
the time to find some good numbers. However, if you could get the
shuttle for the incremental cost for one additional launch (about
$100,000,000 or so I think) it might just be feasible.

The materials in one asteroid (the largest ) are sufficient to make
orbital space colonies with ~500 times the surface area of the Earth in
