M2P2

Andrew: Are you in any way associated with the Mini-Magnetospheric Plasma
Propulsion (M2P2) project (c.f.,
http://spike.geophys.washington.edu/Space/SpaceModel/M2P2/) run by Robert
Winglee at the U. of Washington? I noticed that you are in plasma
physics, and to me, a layperson with respect to these issues, the M2P2
concept seems like the hottest deep space propulsion idea to come around in
a while.

I don't know how much I could contribute, but I'd certainly be willing to
try. I have to be a little circumspect since there is a possibility NASA
will either be my employer or at least paying my bills within a few
months.
