You probably mean M2P2, or Mini-Magnetospheric Plasma Propulsion (c.f.,
http://spike.geophys.washington.edu/Space/SpaceModel/M2P2/). M2P2 is a
very exciting concept, promising specific impulses of 40,000 seconds with
minimal power requirements.

Greetings friends = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
It pleases me to see that me English is not as bad as I believe, most seems
to understand each other well, I was glad to see how many answers had
received my letter. Thanks to Menich, Stewart, Bill and Mike for their
opinion.
On the problem POGO: I neither am scientific of rockets, but I know that
the ships super oil tankers that transport massive quantities of liquids
usually use small compartments to counteract the uncertainty of these, but
maybe this solution is not applicable to the rockets for that the quantity
of mass increases, I think that the design for computer can help a lot, but
to use gases like fuel of rockets has not given good results, but some
light gas could be used to increase the pressure of the tank of fuel, as
the tank goes emptying to go filling it with a gas to high pressure, if the
gas also pushed down some class of contention wall it would be better, it
would be avoided that the fuel could dance inside the tank.
On the letter of Astrobear, have I listened of something called P2P,
magnetic solar sails, but how is it?, how does it work?, in the web of
Discovery Channel I believe that it can be something of information on
that.
I believe to have understood that, C. Stewart this looking for information
on the construction of a rocket, with a motor of Granite and the only fact
that he has is the name of a subject Coburn, or Colburn, I see it difficult
friend, but it looks for in Discovery, and with the friends of the
foundation Artemis.
I am also looking for information, a group of friends and I are developing
a page web, I am writing for that page a series of articles on the ideas
and investigations of O'Neill, and I need some data modernized on the
current costs, the only approach that I have is the one that gives O'Neill
in "The High Frontier", twice the Apollo's cost in currency of final of the
70's, if somebody knows about a more recent approach, please make it to me
to know.
I also look for information on a contest that appeared some time ago in
Discovery, to develop an apparatus that took to the orbit to 4 fellows and
return them with the biggest possible efficiency, I saw several brilliant
ideas, a rocket that rose usually, and that it landed as a helicopter,
another rocket that rose, and then to land carring out a maneuver in the
atmosphere to be turned and to use retro rockets, but the most interesting
in all the ideas that I saw there that of a simple airplane that dragged a
kind of small trasbordador by means of a simple cable, was then when they
were to the enough height, the cable became unstuck and the rockets of the
trasbordador were activated that sews simpler! ; however I didn't find
bigger information neither in the web of Discovery neither in any other
part, somebody knows who won the competition, where it can be bigger
information.
Greetings to all their friend Vladimir Vasquez F.
