Inland lakes would be a bit easier, although most lakes are used for
recreation.
Siting the rectennas is one of the most difficult parts of the plan.
Estuaries are a possibility, sheltered weather - less traffic since they
are difficult to dredge so shallow and difficult to navigate.
One site might be The Wash in eastern England, or the Isjselmeer of The
Netherland.
The Garonne estuary in western France.
