Radiators retract and expand in an acordian fasion. Like the
radiators on Alpha. They are 4 or 5 plates that fold onto eachother.
The radiators only expose surface when excess heat is needed to be
rid of. The same would occur on Mars and Luna. IIRC, this is
called "Active Radiators", "Passive Radiators" are just fixed
surfaces that do not react to variable temperatures.
Because of the (albeit limited) atmosphere, waste heat can be
transfered away from the habitat much easier than in the near vacuume
on Luna. Considerably less mass would need to be alocated to
radiators.
