This is actually an interesting question, my guess would be we would see a
lot of differentiation between habitats, with many groups founding theyr own
society... a possible solution for the Palestinian-Israelian conflict? We
ship them both to space and turn lebanon in a holiday resort... :)

That I think is part of the problem. If you want reliable sources on
wellfare in Denmark check the Danish websites.

If you look at the "article" you were referring to you'll see that it's
claimed to be "an email from a friend".
As for guidelines for reliable sources on government policies I'd suggest to
stick to the official government in questions. Seems reasonable.
