Assuming 1 atmosphere at the surface in the rotating pressure vessel
the increase in pressure due to rotation is about 10%. The other point
everyone seems to forget is because the vessel is spinning the total
amount of air needed is slightly lower becasue there is a
stratification of the air with a higher pressure at the surface and a
lowering of prssure as you move towards the center. It is equivalent
to about 0.85 atmospheres in a non-rotating pressure vessel.
