All the many questions you ask would cost a lot of money to answer. That is a huge research cost overhead that we can well do without.

For these reasons it would be cheaper to stick to the atmosphere we know and understand, 1 bar 02/N2. That way we do not have to spend millions (billons?) on lots of research to find out if things will work at a lower pressure. Why bother ?
