Study. O'Neill was the chairman. Search for books in the stacks at your
local technical library using "Gerard K. O'Neill" as a search criterion.

Could you give us a link or reference for the study. Not that I
don't believe you, just so that any of us could refer to that
particular document if the subject is ever brought up again.
