There's one very positive aspect to whole row over the unfunded habitation
module. We should press for the habitation module not to ever be built,
not by the US and not by Italy. Let's take this opportunity to stress
teleoperation instead. Have three people up there to do housekeeping, but
run all the experiments from the ground using teleoperation.
Teleoperation will be important for opening up the High Frontier. Let's
minimize the number of people on ISS.

Here, Here Jay. The future starts with the present. I say we take up
Jay's call to envision a plan to put ISS to work. With all the good
minds I've read while participating in this list, I bet we could come up
with a workable plan for maxing our investment in ISS. Let's use the
thing as a springboard to our other goals ...
