Planetary Chauvanism, and Zubrin-ites

Some asteroids are both near earth and near Mars. Being near earth,
these make getting to the moon an easy jump.

These would combine all three - asteroids, moon, Mars.

If this can be recognized, or both Mars advocate leaders and moon
advocate leaders can accept this, than all three can possibly work
together.

One or more spin systems can "ride" this rock. Crafts can be
repaired and constructed while the rock makes it rounds. Tourists
can rest.. wait for the next stop or space launch.
