For more info on national space agencies, you might take a look at the
Federation of American Scientists (FAS) site:

FAS World Space Guide
http://www.fas.org/spp/guide/index.html

It includes countries such as Israel, the Ukraine, etc. Another source
would be one of those expensive directories of space companies and
agencies. University libraries sometimes have them..

PS. The FAS site also has a lot of material on military capabilities,
intelligence operations, bioweapons, and all those other topics that keep
intruding into our life these days.
