Sorry, this is just plain wrong, as I pointed out before.
The market for space telecomm continues to expand,
as the world economy expands, but the Sept 11th events have very little impact on the rate of growth.
Actually, it could have a short term negative effect
because it has adversely affected economic growth, which
has been an engine for comms expansion.
There is a physical limit to the growth of comms in
space, which is the spectrum limit.
Even if launch costs were zero, the comms launch market would be finite because there are a limited number of
GEO slots with the required frequncy separation.

I would truly love to see a solid business plan, but so
far I have not seen anything like that which can
lead us to a spacefaring civilization.
A bunch of hype is not a business plan.
