I agree. As long as it gets supersonic it should be
able to use scramjets until out of atmosphere for a
second stage. THe scramjet would be much more
economical than the rocket booster now used. It should
make the maglev launcher well worth while.

For this to work it is a question of volume of business.

The business plan needs to show that the reduction in launch cost will stimulate enough market demand that the increased launch volume will cover the high capital cost within a "reasonable" payback time, say a few years.
