Launching Ramp 2

Hello again

Actually I envisioned the 'plunger' pressurizing a plenum chamber from which
the smaller launch tube extends.

Valves would control the total presure/flow cycle. It could be varied for
sudden burst or long thrust, depending on the need.
Something like the catapult mechanism on a carrier.
