I need to learn to be less timid. You see, it *did* occur to me
that you were talking about Tsiolkovsky, but I wasn't *sure,* you
see, so I didn't say anything. I need to learn better how to risk
being wrong, else how will I ever get the chance to be right?

additional information besides.
