1. "TOW" IS EUPHAMISTIC. BUILD A SOLAR POWERED MASS
DRIVER ON THE ASTEROID, USE SLAG FROM ASTEROID
INTERIOR AS REACTION MASS.
2.BLOW UP A 100 METER DIAMETER BALLOON, VAPORIZE A
SMALL AMOUNT OF SILVER INSIDE. PRECIPITATES COAT THE
INTERIOR WITH HIGHLY REFLECTIVE SURFACE. COVER OUTSIDE
WITH SILICA "FOAM" TO PROVIDE REGIDITY. CUT THE
BALLOON IN HALF AND YOU HAVE A VERY NICE SOLAR MIRROR
CAPABLE OF PROVIDING 140000 WATTS AT FOCAL POINT.
WOULD MAKE A VERY NICE "DRILL".
3. SLAG. SEE NUMBER TWO.
4. H2O. PROBABLY FROM THE MOON OR , IF WE'VE THE
ABILITY TO ACQUIRE AN ASTEROID, WE CAN ALSO ACQUIRE
SMALL COMETS. JUST SIMPLE ENGINEERING PROBLEMS. GOTTA
LEAVE SOME PROBLEMS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION TO SOLVE.
