New Space Camp Development in SoCal area

1) Wrong, Marshall Space Center is part of NASA. Period.

2) The Space Camp idea posted has nothing to do with Marshall Space Center, it is to move the camp from AMES Research Center in Calfornia (the OTHER space camp) to Long Beach, Ca.

Excellent, because the new space camp is not going to Alabama, it is going to Long Beach, California. So far so good (even though I do not agree with your rationale).

Dan Goldin is nothing to do with NASA. He retired. The new administrator is Sean O'Keefe. And I believe NASA is supportive of the Space Camp move proposal.

Why talk to Goldin, what good would that do ? Now that he is retired, he is probably very difficult to reach.
