Rocket factory 2

I live in France where the national rayways SNCF has build some new tracks for the high speed train TGV... and some stations on cheap land, that is far from any city centre. So to use the fast train you have to loss hours in slow buses or take your car. Problem: there are few car parks at the raiway station and you must let you car in the mud field! park lots rent for $ 100 - 150 /month. The trick: You can't buy land for car parks only, you must build too some office space or a factory...

Given the car park return on investments, 16 - 20 percent per year, you can get a factory for free. So why not a rocket one? If it get money, ok, if not, no problem, the car park is sufficient to pay for the investment.

I have a real estate investment fund (well, its french equivalent) to do the operation. I keep half the parts for myself: I put my money here, not simply the funds provided by others. I'll market that operation in France, but there is no reason to limit it to a small geographical area. So I look for investors/operators in other countries.The fund can pay 3 percent per share sold ($ 300 on $ 10 000).

The project is to make machine tools for large boosters. Larger than what you can watch today on TV.
