I think I get what you're saying here. Even if the rocket factory
were to be a complete bust, that is OK from the point of view of the
investor, because the money from the parking lot will keep rolling
in, no matter what happens with the rockets. Sounds good to me.
But all that rocket-building stuff is going to cost something.
What's to keep the parking lot profits from becoming rocket food?
