Two Off-Topic Technical Questions... HELP ME!!

I have this DigiCam, and I got it for free. So far, it is worth
every bit of what I paid for it. I can't get the thing to work. The
manual is in some language that looks like English, but when I read
it, I end up saying: "WHAT!?!"

Usually, when I move the cursor over a pic (I'm using Internet
Explorer) on a web page, I get the little pop-up toolbar, and if I
decide to save the pic, it saves as "inumoon2.jpg" or "wheel.gif"
or "KMMD2.bmp" or whatever. But every now and again, it does this
ANNOYING THING where it assumes that EVERY EVERY EVERYTHING is a .bmp
named "untitled". WHAT is THAT!?! WHY does it do this and HOW THE
@... DO I GET TO **STOP**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
