Very probably a habitat would need waste heat radiators, in which the warm air passes either through a heat exchanger or directly through waste heat radiators. The potable water of the habitat would conceivably be extracted from the moisture precipitated out of this air. The same place would be an excellent one to put your air filters, if they are necessary.
