Hi,saw this on page A-8 of the Calgary Herald(Tuesday-
April,20,2004).Crew heads to space station.The Associ-
ated Press.Baikonur,Kazakhstan.A Russian Soyuz Rocket
lifted off at 7:19 A.M.on Monday carrying a Russian-
American-Dutch crew toward the International Space
Station on the third manned mission since the halt of
the U.S. shuttle program.Russian Commander Gennady
Padalka and American Flight Engineer Michael Fincke's
mission will be to maintain the orbital outpost whose
assembly has been on hold since the Feruary 2003
Columbia disaster.Andre Kuipers of the Netherlands is
going on a nine day mission to conduct experiments
for the European Space Agency.Their relatives and
friends standing with Russian and U.S.space officials
at the Launch Pad in Kazakhstan craned their necks
to follow the Soyuz Rocket into the sky...
