Lunascaping :)

I just had a humorous thought.

Nobody likes living in the midst of a factory/refinery/gravel pit.

So, there you are on the moon, you're one of the people that
absolutely has to be on-site, and you're on a surface excursion and
all about you is an industrial eyesore. It kind of bums you out.

What can you do to make it more pleasant to look at?

Let's also assume that the psychologists have vetted this idea and
conclude that for those base members who do have to go out onto the
surface the lunascaped environment will dramatically increase
happiness and satisfction levels.

So what can you do? Should the immediate area be leveled to do away
with hills and knolls? Should knolls be created? Should walls be
erected to block site of the tanks, slag heaps, etc?

Should there be a Japanese type rock garden? Should you go techno-
modern, and have streets, lights, and other orderly signs of
civilization?

As I said, this isn't too serious a topic, but just something that
popped into my head.
