I'm adding my voice to your conspiratorial concerns but with the
proviso that somethings are a necessary evil. Better the devil you
know. It's not our conern how the monies are spent by the UN as long
as it buys us legitimacy and recognition of claims and quiets down
the protest from the disaffected countries.
