some numbers on space tourism that sound pretty promising, if launch
costs were lower.

What's a solid business plan? The space elevator folks (liftport) have
one - which includes space solar power as one of their primary markets
by the way. But it's rather hard to know how solid a plan is in the
absence of precedents. That's the nature of a frontier :-)
