I would add 'orbital construction' to the list, for satellites that are
too large to launch in one piece. Lunacorp claims to be planning some
sort of in-orbit construction at the ISS for their "SuperSat" (which was
scheduled for next year). ISS of course is itself an example. Is there
more of a market for this?
