enforcement would be the most logical step: gambling, drugs, prostitution,
money laundering, data havens, illegal cosmetic surgery, dodgy fertility
treatments (ie cloning), unlicensed genetic therapys...

think bangkok and amsterdam in space.

I think gambling would be big. My question to you is whether we can
