That sure would be a pretty thing! A gleaming quartz Habitat.

No, I was thinking that the lunar regolith, after being stripped of
ilmenite or anorthorsite, would mainly be a residue of silicon oxide
sand, or calcuim oxide.

The sand could be fused together, or just placed into containers.
