I guess the only question is to whether we could include Tourism in
this; I think we could, as it's easy to see how a space hotel leads
to O'Neill settlements- in fact a space hotel may BE a standard
O'Neill structure.

Absolutely. I'm not at all dismissive of the idea that space tourism might
get us there quicker than SPS.

It can certainly get us there in a more evolutionary fashion, and that might
be exactly what's called for.
