You leave me almost speechless. I'm left with the opinion that for

I'm not sure how you can make the statement above. It suffers from
internal contradictions. If work is eliminated and all people do is
play, then how would a self-replicating seed be devised and created,
and where would an "expensive rocket" come from? And why would the
rocket be expensive? If everyone is playing why would they need
money, and without money how could something be expensive? And if
everyone is playing instead of working, how would a philanthropist
collect the money that he is giving away? And what good would that
money that he is donating do towards advancing the goal of launching
a self-replicating seed when no one was working and money was
meaningless?

I could go on but I'm not sure it's worth the effort. :-)

I will say that if I run into a similar situation in the future I
can always go back to these posts and clip and paste the arguments
thus saving me a whole heck of a lot of time.
