Italy is a good start as they are a full member of ESA. They also have
some launches from Kenya I believe.

I'll e-mail Roy anyway (he lives in the South of France) and mention
that Brazil would probably like some extra business for Alcntara, and
see what he suggests. ESA itself - and probably Roy as well, will
probably have the necessary contacts in Brazil anyway.
