Celestis 04 Mission

Official Statement regarding today's Celestis 04 Mission

Despite early indications from all sources of a successful launch,
OrbView4 did not achieve orbit. We therefore believe the Celestis
payload has not reached orbit although it likely entered space. We
are in the process of making final determination of the status of
Celestis 04. Once we receive more certain information about the
status of The Odyssey Flight, we will pass this information on to our
Celestis 04 family members and post it on our web site.

Our Orbital launch today looked like it was on track. Now I see that
one military satellite, commercial satellite, and the Celestis
payload did not reach orbit. The Celestis payload was the launch of
ashes of your loved ones departed. Would be nice to know we can
launch the departed safely before launching those that are still with
us. :-<
