As you've probably guessed by now, this is the kind of stuff that
makes my blood boil.

They don't like 'techno-fixes.' They almost prey for us to pay a
penance for our ways, except for them of course. This is a form of
anticipatory schadenfreude.

I'd fall over in amazement the very moment I heard an
environmentalist say, "You know, we've pretty much conserved all
that we can. Afterall, you can't plausibly conserve down to zero
consumption."

Lastly, what non-polluting technologies is he referring to? Surely,
not wind and solar, because they sure don't fit the bill.

Arghh. LOL.
