Wile I generally roll my eyes and smirk at any invocation of the Big
Red Boogieman, I have to admit that there seems to be some truth in
here. At least the designation "watermelon" admits that green and
red are not the same color, and many on the far right seem not to
realise that.

Pollution trading credits are a WONDERFUL idea! Not only do they put
firm limits on pollution, but environmental groups could pool their
funds and buy up a few of those credits themselves. Just because you
are *permitted* to emit X amounts of pollutants doesn't mean that you
*have to.*
