Thank you, Arthur! That is exactly what I have been saying... Why devote all
our time and energy to an unrealistic proposition?

In addition, I believe this is something that TangoMan mentioned in one of
his posts, but, Paul, how do propose to get around the side effects of a
superinsulated house?
