Yes, but the reason for the posting is to refine the idea through
discussion. Activity by SSI management on this issue may depend on how
interested people on this list are in supporting it. I expect that a
number of us will have to contribute significant amounts of time and
energy to pull it off. It may also require significant changes to how
SSI operates.
