And it might be bigger than SSI - I hope you don't mind Mitchell,
but I forwarded your email to some National Space Society
leaders - they haven't done projects on this scale as a centralized
organization, but a number of local chapters have done things at
the million-dollar level over the years, so there's some experience
and a lot of enthusiasm for settling space there.
