Hi Mitchell,

The WBC looks interesting, but what exactly is the customer asking
for ? And who exactly is the customer, is it Bass ?

Is there a "Statement of Work" for Biosphere-2 ?

Is it simply a question of keeping the existing facility operating ?
i.e. a simple operations and maintenance contract ? I am not sure if
that would be of much interest to a research entity such as SSI.

Or is the customer (Bass ?) interested in proposals for different
types of research ? If so, what are his areas of interest ?
