Could be Cosmiplex?

...Although COSMOPOLIS is more city oriented (and more Greek). Could
be interepreted "City of the World". Sounds a little "50s" or
something. (Images of Superman come to mind.)

Anyone know how to build a word from latin? (Space City or Space
Structure? Maybe Star City? Astro... ? Astrarium? How 'bout
Astroplex?)
