Thanks for your contribution to the Scientific Consensus debate

Greetings Arthur & Tangoman

I have benefitted from both of your remarks discussing
the various points of the global weather evidence and
whatnot.

It is my wish that you will not follow my example and
be overly critical of those that hold seemingly
indefensible positions based on scanty evidence.

My humbling was at the last space conference where I
learned a great deal from all of those in attendance
and would have been better to set my preconceptions
aside to hasten my absoption of new ideas and
perspectives. It is either my strength or weakness
that I came in with one set of opinions and exited
with another.

Maybe someday scientists will be allowed to be
scientists, politicians to be politicians, and the
general audience to be respectful of both. This seems
to be the age of satire for anyone who would put
something else before community.

I wish you the best in the face of such a challenge.
