Some Questions

The military thinks everything is a combat vehicle.
That's just what they do. That's why the shuttle, and
ISS for that matter, took so long to get off the
ground, because the military kept wanting to get all
their specs in there and everyone would have to go
back to the drawing boards.

Then again, if they were designing it for tourists,
there would be different concerns, like
wall-to-wall-to-floor-to-ceiling plush carpeting,
zero-G bar, Gucchi handstraps, bigger windows and
souvenir space sickness bags. :-)
