Launch Costs

Sea launch off the coast.
No cities to hit.

As for existing launch areas there would be no difference between
launching one rocket a day than launching however many are launched now.
The same risks apply to a failed launch. Has any rocket anywhere crashed
into a city during launch ?

Quite frankly I would rather trust my payload to a rocket that comes off
a properly set up and maintained production line than what exists with
the shuttle.
