A sober reminder of the problems with Nuclear power

Here is a link from today's MSNBC on the three mile
island disaster.

This didn't kill anybody nor end the use of Nuclear
power though it sure did to investment.

I assert there is a pattern of schizophrenia in the US
National energy policy. This disaster would have been
prevented by more thorough planning and maintenence -
both of which are opposite to the relentless drive in
the US for lower cost and higher efficiency.

If true then advancing SPS is more about dealing with
a mentally ill patient than professing reason.
